1. No refunds on deposit or hours agreed upon. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No third party credit cards. The hourly rate is fixed and is not dependent upon number of passengers. The balance is due the night of your reservation and is to be paid in one lump sum by one person at the time your driver arrives. Additional hours beyond your scheduled reservation can be paid for at the conclusion.

3. No Food, No Smoking, any sign of tobacco use or food consumption will result in a $300 CLEAN UP FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

4. No drugs of any kind, underage drinking, or fighting will be tolerated.  Police will be notified and remainder of contract will be null and void with no refund.

5. Client is liable for damages to limo: Vomiting $100 Charge, Broken or Missing Glasses $20 Charge, Total Mess $100 Charge.

6. Broadway Limo Service is not responsible for items left inside limo, Broadway Limo Service is not responsible for any accidents inside the limo, outside the limo including injury and or death.

7. Maximum Passengers for White Limo is six (6), Black Limo eight (8), Navigator twelve (12), Limo Bus sixteen (16) and Party Bus is twenty (20).

Broadway Limousine shall not be held responsible or liable for late arrival or end-destination and completion of said contract caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, mechanical breakdown, incorrect pickup and/or drop off information, and any situation or circumstance beyond our control.  Should any such circumstance occur that may prevent the completion of the contracted event as specified in the agreement, Broadway Limousine will make every reasonable effort to complete the event, and will pro-rate that time period wherein said problem has occurred on a per-hour basis.

9. During inclement weather Broadway Limousine Service reserves the right to alter and or cancel confirmed reservations for the safety of all parties involved.

10. All of our vehicles are equipped with heating and air conditioning however in nontemperate weather (conditions above 85 degress and conditions below 35 degrees) the temperatures inside all vehicles will not be as comfortable.  This is especially true with our larger vehicles.

11. We allow a 15 minute grace period for drop off time, however if you keep the vehicle for more than 15 minutes over contracted agreement time you will be charged for an additional hour.
